The water - the quality of the water is very important. The tap water can agree perfectly, but if it is too calcareous or too much chlorinated, use a mineralized water or a spring water. Carry in boiling the water and pay it at one time as soon as it shivers.

95°C for Oolong
90 °C - 95 °c for the black teas and the red teas
75 - 85° for the green or white teas
60° for the large gardens
The infusion - the time(weather) of infusion differs according to every tea, approximately between 2 and 5 minutes. |
